Friendly staff, good heating, and clean accommodations. The staff members I encountered were delightful and eager to help, especially Patric and Mohcine who provided excellent service. The rooms were well-heated, which was a relief during the cold weather. the rooms were kept clean throughout my stay, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Inconsistent hot water and issues with the credit card machine. There were some issues with the hot water in the morning, resulting in cold showers for some guests.

our stay at riad la villa bleue & spa was truly exceptional. the staff was incredibly accommodating and flexible, always eager to help with any issue. the beautiful pool and dining area provided a fantastic outside space to relax. 24/7 availability was a major plus.

The staff at this riad were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, with transportation options nearby. The riad itself was cozy and authentic, with a lovely terrace for enjoying Moroccan tea. A delicious breakfast was served every morning. a highly recommended stay!

As youngsters, we loved the beautiful Moroccan-style decor and the authentic atmosphere of Riad La Villa Bleue in Gueliz. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Jardin Majorelle and the YSL Museum. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were welcomed with delicious mint tea. The top-floor room had an amazing view of the sunrise and sunset, and the 'Presidential suite' upgrade was a dream with its breathtaking mosaic and glass domed roof. The large bathroom and comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable. The central pool was a refreshing spot during the heat wave in May.

Felt warm, no complaints whatsoever.

We stayed here for four nights before exploring the Medina. The location was perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle but still close to attractions like the Majorelle gardens. The rooftop room we had was a dream, with its own private bathroom and outside sitting areas. The house itself is lovely, with a beautiful pool to relax by. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the option to buy beers and wine. a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The customer service from one receptionist fell short, being rude and unkind at times.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par and the towels provided were old and not very clean.
